Who We Train

We work with organizations across South Florida and Central North Carolina including:

  • Corporate offices and commercial businesses — Meet OSHA general duty requirements and protect employees.
  • Hotels and hospitality — Staff training for guest-facing teams; Florida law requires AED access in many venues.
  • Schools and childcare centers — Pediatric CPR/First Aid to meet state licensing mandates.
  • Medical and dental offices — BLS and emergency response for clinical environments.
  • Government agencies and municipalities — Scalable group training for departments, first responders, and administrative staff.
  • Healthcare workforce programs — BLS and CPR/AED pre-certification for CNA, EMS, and allied health students. Pell-eligible program partners welcome.
  • Fitness studios and gyms — CPR/AED certification for personal trainers and group exercise instructors.
  • Construction and field teams — First Aid/CPR for high-risk environments with OSHA compliance focus.

Why On-Site Training Works Better

Classroom-style training at an outside location means lost productivity, transportation logistics, and employees learning in an environment that looks nothing like their actual workplace. On-site training is different:

  • Train in context — We use your actual AED devices, your floor plan, and realistic scenarios specific to your industry.
  • Flexible scheduling — Morning, evening, or weekends. We work around your operations, not the other way around.
  • Any group size — From 5 employees to 200+. We bring all mannequins, AED trainers, and materials.
  • Immediate compliance — Same-day HSI certification cards issued on-site. No waiting for cards to arrive by mail.
  • Consistent standards — Every employee gets the same instruction from the same certified instructor on the same day.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many people can attend one on-site session?
We can train groups from 5 to 200+ employees in a single visit. Larger groups may require multiple instructor stations; we’ll coordinate accordingly.

How long does a training session take?
CPR/AED Heartsaver takes approximately 2–3 hours. BLS typically runs 3–4 hours. AVIRT is 1.5–2 hours. Combined courses can be scheduled as a half-day.

What equipment do you bring?
We bring all training mannequins, AED trainers, first aid supplies, and course materials. You provide the space — we handle everything else.

Do certifications expire?
Yes. CPR/AED and BLS certifications are valid for 2 years. We can send renewal reminders and schedule your team’s next training in advance.

Can training be customized for our industry?
Yes. We tailor scenarios and examples to your specific environment — hotel front desk, construction site, dental office, school gymnasium, and more.
